Pinoy Beef Tapa


Easy Pinoy Beef Tapa, Pambaon

Ingredients:

0.700 kg Lean diced beef

1 1/4 cup Soy sauce

1/3 cup Vinegar

1/4 cup Honey

Chopped garlic, dried

Black pepper

Preparation:

1. Place the beef in a container then combine all other ingredients: soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Store in the fridge for 10-12 hours before use. 

2. Fry the marinated tapa on a cooking oil for 15-20 minutes until well cooked. 

3. You may add fried egg with your beef tapa for a delicious pambaon.
